The wide style is intended for the beginning printer; narrow style for the older student using manuscript or cursive writing and standard style for everyone in between!

There are many ways in which BrightLines Paper can be incorporated into your curriculum, or home journaling activities.

For example, the paper can be cut into narrow vertical or horizontal strips. The vertical strips could then be used for a spelling list. The horizontal strip could be used for an alphabet model placed on the student’s desk.

You can punch holes in the paper and bind it to make a personal journal for the student. You can further cut down the paper to fit on a mailing envelope. See some examples below.

Research has found that students read better with different colored overlays. Therefore we offer the paper in two colors with the same idea that some students would prefer the yellow and some the blue. It’s fun to try the different colors with each student.
